Agreement to these terms

By using marblerelay.com, operated by Marble Relay LLC, or by placing an order on it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website. These terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy and Advertising Disclaimer, which form part of the same agreement.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, where we cannot deliver to your address, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

Order numbers issued by this website begin with MR-. Quote yours in any correspondence about an order and we can answer without a round trip.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping unless the order qualifies for free shipping, and exclude any import duties or taxes charged at the destination, which are your responsibility. Promotional prices are time-limited and may be withdrawn, extended or repeated. Payment is processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider; we do not receive or store full card details. Where an obvious pricing error is caught before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm or cancel rather than charge the wrong amount.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are packed within one business day and typically delivered within 2–3 business days inside the continental United States, tracked. International delivery times vary by destination. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control — but if a parcel stalls, contact us and we will chase it or resend. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and the 30-day window

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. Contact us first at support@marblerelay.com and we will send return instructions. Items must be in returnable condition: ordinary indoor and outdoor wear during the trial is expected and fine, but items that are damaged, heavily soiled or altered cannot be refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return reaching us.

Product information and no warranty beyond it

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but the website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis and we make no warranty that every detail is complete, current or error-free. Colours vary between screens, and measurements such as weight and heel drop are quoted for a US men's 9 and vary across the size run. Specifications may change between production runs. Nothing in this section limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

No medical or health claims

Our products are consumer footwear, not medical devices, and nothing on this website is medical or health advice. Feature descriptions explain how a shoe is built and what that construction is intended to feel like; they are not a claim to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a diagnosed condition or wear prescribed orthotics, consult your clinician before changing footwear.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marble Relay LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from a product bought through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, photography and original graphics on this website belong to Marble Relay LLC unless stated otherwise. You may read the pages and share links to them, but you may not reproduce substantial portions of the content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website in any way that is unlawful, that interferes with its normal operation, that attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or any connected system, or that involves scraping, automated ordering or interfering with other customers' use of the site.

Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version applies from the date published, shown below, and applies to orders placed after that date; the terms in force when you ordered continue to govern that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina have jurisdiction — save for any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your own place of residence under mandatory local consumer law.
